How do I check in?

When you arrive check the blue box on the office door for an envelope labeled with your name. Check in anytime after 3 p.m. Early check in is only available if prior arrangements have been made. We do not guarantee early check in, but if your room is ready then your key will be waiting for you.

How do I check out?

Drop your key in the “Key Drop Box” located at the bottom of the motel stairs next to the ice room. Please check out no later than 10 a.m.

What amenities are included in my room?

Every room has a microwave, mini-fridge, K-cup coffee maker (with assorted coffees), and tv with digital cable. The cottages each have a toaster and additional drip coffee maker. Cottage 1 has a small kitchenette with pots, pans, cutlery, and dishes.

How do I know what floor my room is on?

All the cottages and double rooms (5 –10) are located on the ground floor. The king and queen rooms (11–17) are located on the second floor.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel your reservation for a full refund until 3 p.m. the day before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel after that point you may not be entitled to a refund.

What is the pet policy?

While we love them, for the safety and comfort of our guests we do not accommodate pets. A $200 charge will be incurred for violating this policy. If you need help locating pet friendly accommodations please feel free to give us a call.

Where is the pool located and when is it open?

Our pool is located behind the motel, next to the river, and is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pool towels are located in the ice room. Please note adults MUST accompany children, there is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.

We are located at 170 Daniel Webster Highway, Lincoln, NH 03251. One third of a mile north of Clark’s Bears.
